We are a small coffee roastery based in Dufftown below the Conval Hills. All our beans are speciality grade and roasted to order so our customers receive the freshest coffee. We also grind to any requirement.
Currently we offer 4 different beans, always including a decaf, and offer free delivery within Dufftown, with subsidised delivery outwith the town.
Each bean has an individual roast profile which we take time to develop to ensure we get the best flavours and highlight the unique characteristics of the beans.
We are passionate about the environment so our beans are ethically sourced, we use an electric roaster powered by green electricity, and use fully recyclable bags (and biodegradable cups for samples at events).

We don’t serve coffee drinks but we do roast the beans. We are always happy to advise on brewing techniques for the beans we have available.
Buy a bag of our beans to brew at home, or out on an adventure. We recommend enjoying our coffee roasts with tablet, shortbread, chocolate, warm croissants… the list is endless.

We would highly recommend the walk from Dufftown Clock Tower up to the Conval Hills, which inspired our business name. There are fantastic views in every direction.
We’re not a coffee shop but we do use fully recyclable packaging for our beans, and home compostable sample cups.
ACCESSIBILITY
The very first part of the walk towards Dufftown Golf Course is accessible but unfortunately the rest of it isn’t pram or wheelchair friendly – however, the Golf Course Loop is, which could be taken instead where you get the view up to the Conval Hills. Hiking boots would be recommended, as would a steaming hot flask of freshly roasted, and brewed Conval Coffee.
